Abstract

This paper exemplifies experience with implementing Dante’s Divina Commedia in an Italian primary school for the last fifteen years and, in particular, an educational project carried out by the author in a multi-age classroom in Salbertrand (Torino). Utilising Dante’s masterpiece, this project, beside its literary, artistic and cultural value, promotes effective, social and civic education of young readers.
